The wedding went really well and more than happy to give feedback on Paul. I met with some friends last night we came to the wedding and they said the disco element was amazing and they were dancing all night – Paul read the evening really well and knew the types of music that would keep the dancefloor packed. Every time I looked around the dancefloor was busy, now music can kill a party if it is wrong but Paul was brilliant and would definitely recommend him to others. Please pass on our thanks!

the party was fantastic. In the weeks/months building up to the wedding, Paul took the time to speak to us personally a couple of times to get a feel for what type of music we'd like played, which made it really personal for us. It felt like he was part of the day and not just a stranger who we meet once. On the actual evening of the wedding, he was very professional with his setup and when the party got started his song choices ensured the dance floor was full from the off. Thank you for your email, the wedding was just perfect, really was the best day of our lives! We were really happy to have Paul as the DJ for our wedding. As expected from a recommended company, Gigz management was very professional right from the initial booking to the day itself. The website made it very easy to find the right DJ that would suit our needs, although I'm sure we would have got just as good a selection if we'd have phoned you directly. The Tythe Barn certainly endorsed our selection of Paul as our DJ. Many of our guests were keen to suggest some types of music that they enjoyed, and we certainly valued being able to put a few suggestions on the pre-event form. I'm even more glad to say that Paul obliged by even playing some of the more bizarre requests! Paul was very punctual in his arrival (in fact I hardly noticed he had arrived) and his setup wasn't disruptive in any way. It was nice that he confirmed the song for the first dance with me first and then also recommended that we play something of a similar nature for the second song to allow others a chance for a first dance. The music for the rest of the evening was spot on and all the guests agreed with this, and I guess this is where Paul earned his money! Every demographic of guests was catered for, and we certainly thanks both Paul and Gigz for putting on a great show. I'll certainly recommend you to anyone who asks!Once again, thanks to all at Gigz for making it such a great evening!

The service provided by Gigz Management was excellent right from the time we booked. The administration page was also very helpful in identifying what needed to be done and by when. The DJ (Paul Kavanagh) was very friendly and played a great set. The feedback we received from other guests was also very positive and by all accounts everyone had a great time. As far as I can remember he played all of the requested songs which was great!! I would have no problem with recommending Gigz Management and Paul Kavanagh to anyone wanting a great party/wedding DJ. Thanks so much to Gigz Management and DJ Paul Kavanagh for the wonderful service provided for our wedding at The Tythe Barn earlier this summer, everything was organised perfectly and Gigz made the booking process easy and a pleasure to deal with. Paul was brilliant, he played all the music and particular songs we had requested, the dance-floor was full from the moment he played the first song - there was a great atmosphere and our guests were thrilled with the music he played as they danced the night away. I had a brilliant and memorable day, but loved it once the music started, i was up dancing with my bridesmaids straight away. We have had so many fantastic comments on how amazing all three acts were on the day. The Aviva Ensemble set a lovely atmosphere for the champagne reception in the garden and then during the meal in the marquee. Superb. Then Paul followed on with exactly the right background music leading into the first dance. And the party started. Paul kept the dance floor full with all the favourites and knew precisely what tunes to play to keep everyone going. If the whole party was in Paul's hands it still would have been brilliant. Bright Sparks - fantastic. Can't think of what else to say! All the guests said they were the best band they'd ever heard at a party, and some are serious party goers.
Finally, thank you so much for putting the musical entertainment together for us - it was so easy, stress free and it all went exactly to plan. We will definitely be using Gigz again.

We had a fantastic time at the year 11 Prom in June this year (2009). The location at the Tythe Barn is really special and the atmosphere was much enhanced by the fantastic selection of music played by your DJ. I have to say that from the booking process with yourselves, through to the night itself was completely stress and hassle free and the communication to let us know how things were progressing was very timely. We just had to turn up and enjoy, which we and all of the students did. Immensely!! It won't be long before we are underway again, organising for next years!

Paul was great on the 16th, he was happy to put back our 1st dance (and let me listen to through his head phones to slow down the beat!) What I thought was brillant was that there was never a lull on the dance floor from 8.45pm (just after 1st dance) through to when we left at 11.50pm, not even when evening food was served. It was Packed all night, which also ment we had a massive tunnel at the end of the night because knowbody had left! If i remember right Paul also let one of Antons little cousin's do a bit of DJ'ing which they loved. Paul was spot on with what he played, he really listened to us and everybody, playing older stuff to start with to get the dance floor busy, and when asked, brought the hits up to date but back again when 'the oldies' hit the dance floor again. All our guests were saying to us what a great day and eve they were having and without Paul I dont think we would of been hearing that as much. We give Paul and the rest of you at Gigz all the very best for the future and wouln't think twice about recomending you to our friends in the future!
