Your Mum are a young, energetic and really talented all male 5 piece party band. Formed in 2006 while studying music at the ACM ( the academy of contemporary music ) in Guildford, the band has quickly become one of the most popular and talked about groups on our roster. During a 6 week tour of the French Alps this year, (including Val d'Isere, Meribel, Courchevel & La Tania), the band took the place by storm, causing several avalanches on the way!. and were voted the best band of the season in several resorts.
The band play a fantastic upbeat mix of older classics and more modern tunes and can also play an acoustic more chilled out set if needed.

Your Mum were excellent at our recent wedding and we had many favourable comments from our guests of all ages. It was a great party. Gigz Managements service was great with nothing being too much trouble. I was confident that all would go well with the the event due to the organised approach of Gigz Management, and it did! The band were fantastic, very friendly and adapted to the fact that the timings got a little delayed so rather than 3x40min sessions they just played staright through which now I think is the best way as everyone stayed on the dance floor and the band cherry picked the best songs out of their playlist which kept everyone dancing. Very pleased to have picked them as they ended our already perfect wedding on such a high note. Having never used a music management company before Gigz Management were very easy to work with and thorough with constant e mails detailing us on up dates, payments and final details that they had arranged with our hotel which took the stress away from us which was great - one less thing to worry about!

Married life is great, sorry I have not responded sooner but only been back in the country a day since Iceland gave us another week abroad! We used the band for our engagement party and we loved them so much we booked them for our wedding day. The band got every single person on the dancefloor jumping up and down and dancing - so much so that all the pictures look like a rock concert - it was awesome. We booked Your Mum to play at our wedding reception after seeing them play in the French Alps and really enjoying their set. Our evening reception was a very important part of the day for us as we wanted to ensure everyone had a good party and Your Mum didn't let us down on this one bit. They did a fantastic version of The Killers "all these things I have done" for our first dance and then proceeded to play brilliantly the rest of the evening! Everyone was up on the dancefloor and we had so many great comments from our guests saying how great the band were.
