A little history
Gigz Management was established in 1998 with the aim of supplying the top venues in the French Alps with quality live party bands and DJ's. Since then we have gone on to become one of the biggest live music agencies in the UK for corporate, wedding and party events.
The experience we have gained from organising live music for thousands of events over the last thirteen years guarantees our clients the best possible levels of advice and support with a view to removing all the stress involved in organising the music for your event.
Our objective is simple; to provide live music entertainment that will make your event an outstanding success.

We hand-pick and audition all our acts and only the UKs most talented and professional musicians and DJ’s make it onto our roster. They consistently do an excellent job, not only because they are professionals, but because it is in their interests to impress both us and more importantly our customers.

Our prices are extremely competitive and we also offer cheaper rates for low-season, weekday and last-minute bookings to help meet your budget requirements.

It’s natural to shop around to get the best deal available, particularly when money is tight in the current economic climate. We are confident that we offer the best value for money as compared with any of our competitors. We guarantee that if you can find any of our artists listed on other web sites for cheaper than we have quoted, we will match that price.
7. Our online quotes are all inclusive with no hidden extras
If you have completed the “Find an act quickly” search area on our web site all of the prices you see listed for the remainder of your visit will be all inclusive. This includes the acts fees, the agency charges, any VAT, travel expenses and accommodation expenses where the travel distance is over 120 miles. Any extra charges for additional services (eg. Early set up, extra playing times, late finishes etc.) are clearly listed under “Extra information” on the acts profile page.
8. We give you peace of mind
In our 14 years of business we have NEVER had an act cancel a booking or not show up to an event. This is down to the fact that we have excellent fail safes built into our systems and we only work with professional act who do not want to let clients or Gigz management down… they also like getting paid!
One of the main benefits of booking with a reputable agency is that in the highly unlikely event of an act cancelling you can rest assured that with our extensive contacts we can almost certainly find an excellent replacement.
9. We issue legally-binding contracts.
When you book through us, we’ll draw up a comprehensive, legally binding contract between you and the act, written in plain English.
10. Booking is just the beginning… we guarantee fantastic customer service and support
- To make sure that your event is meticulously organised and runs as smoothly as possible on the day we provide each client with a secure online information form. This page can be saved on your computer and accessed and updated as often as you like.
- You will also be given your own event manager who will be in touch by e-mail and phone regularly throughout the build up to your event.
- We can arrange for the act to call you should you want to discuss things with them directly.
- We also like to liaise with your event coordinator or venue manager to ensure they are happy with all the logistics.
- You will be given a contact mobile number for your Gigz event manager should you need to contact them with any last-minute hitches on the day of your event. Read what our previous clients say
